I have used Andrew several times to review my finances, with me expecting a son Andrew discussed the option of protecting myself with critical illness, after consideration I could not afford to cover the whole mortgage but decided to cover 90% of it, within 12 months I had contracted testicular cancer, I contacted Andrew who referred me to the insurer who were both more than helpful, my claim was paid within 28 days and most of my mortgage was cleared, this was a huge help as I was out of work for 6 months and I would not of been able to make my mortgage payments. More importantly if anything had happened to me my son would have been left the house with only a small mortgage on it.

Andrew has been advising us since 2003, each time we have remortgaged we have managed to reduce our mortgage term slightly whilst keeping the monthly repayments roughly the same, great stuff Andrew. In relation to my mortgage payments, I Geoff Sales had an accident at work and was off work for 4 months, I had no cover through work, only SSP, the insurance company I had taken out income protection with were very helpful and our mortgage was paid for this period, with me receiving only statutory sick pay I would of found it difficult to pay the mortgage, Andrew’s advice was greatly appreciated. One thing I would recommend is Andrew’s advice.
